How to Place an Order

If you are interested in ordering a particular animal, please send an email to Wendy@CornSnakesOnline.com or call 541-771-2912 to check availability. Please have the snake's description and identification number on hand. Once you have indicated that you would like to order one, we can hold it for up to 7 days. If payment for the pet snake is not received in that time, we will assume that you are no longer interested and that we can sell the snake to the next person who is. We will send you your total due by email. The price for shipping your snake(s) overnight via FedEx is $45.00. There is no extra shipping cost per additional snake, unless there is a significant increase in weight or size of the box needed. We ship to the continental USA only.
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. At this time, we do not accept credit cards nor have a shopping cart function. So, if you choose to pay via PayPal, you will need to go to www.paypal.com on the Internet (or click on the PayPal icon on this page to get there). Click on "send money. For the "to," type in "Wendy@CornSnakesOnline.com." Then type in the total you were quoted, click on the "goods" bubble, hit "continue" and finally "send money." PayPal will generate a receipt for both of us. We will also accept cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. Please note that reptiles will not be shipped until funds are verified. Local customers who will be picking up their pet snake(s) in person or those that find us at a reptile expo may pay cash if desired. We are located in Central Oregon. Visits to the snakery are by appointment only.
Once payment is received, the snake(s) will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight on a day that we have agreed upon. We will not ship on weekends or holidays, and you must assure us that someone will be home to receive the snake(s) on the day of arrival. Otherwise the guarantee of live delivery does not apply. In very hot or cold weather, we will include cold or hot packs as appropriate inside the package in order to maintain a safe environment for the reptile(s) being shipped. Shipping can be stressful for the animals, so it is very important that you be there at the time of arrival and can get the pet snake right into its cage and get it some fresh water.

Guarantee
We guarantee live delivery and that your snake will be healthy and feeding voluntarily on frozen / thawed or live pinky mice. If you feel there is a problem with a snake you have purchased, we need to hear from you by phone or email within two hours of receiving the animal. Otherwise we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
